Our domestic work includes everything from installing electrical systems in large-scale housing developments to designing home automation systems for multi-million pound new-builds and refits. We work primarily in the Cheltenham, Bristol and Birmingham areas although our work does take us further afield too.

We work alongside interior designers and architects to design and install cutting-edge smart lighting solutions, outdoor power supplies and other home automation systems.

As the growing demand for forward-thinking technology continues we make sure we are leading the way in terms of training and development in this key area.

The Brief

We work closely with both private clients and specialist build teams to complete some truly stunning private domestic projects. It all starts and ends with good communication to really understand the clients’ wishes and dreams for their new or refurbished home. The little things really matter and can often be overlooked when a full build or refurbishment is underway. We use our forward thinking approach to foresee the possibilities available, and translate the technical jargon into a language we can all understand and run with.

Our Solution

The Pigeon House is a beautiful early 16th Century Grade II * listed property in the heart of Bibury, Gloucestershire. The concept was to complete a full and complete refurbishment of the building and the truly unique Dove Cote which sits in the grounds. Certain parts of the building had been awarded special heritage status, so great care was taken to ensure the most cutting edge installation could be installed with the absolute minimum intrusion on the structure. From ‘invisible’ light switches to clever LED lighting designs, and hidden heating, no challenge was too big and working in closely with the clients other chosen tradesman, a truly one of a kind home was crafted.

Bromtrees Hall

The Brief

Working closely with our friends at 3W Developments, Bromtrees Hall is a family home set in the stunning Herefordshire countryside. The Hall had been a home for several generations, but was due for a complete refurbishment and modernisation. From the proposed art gallery, snooker room, swimming pool and library, there was a clear vision as to what the finished build should look like, but while also understanding the need to kept intact the sprit and sentimental feel of their home.

Our Solution

Working closely with the clients to understand their needs, we were able to provide solutions to correctly light artworks and open spaces, going back to our suppliers and the manufacturers to make bespoke lighting fittings to fit within the build.

Careful electrical design was used to understand the needs of the state of the art appliances specified in the kitchen, through to the control and management of the systems controlling the pool and automation around the property.
